How to inflat the mat:
1) Open the valve at the end of the mat
2) Leave it for 3-5 minutes (It will take hours to inflate totally for the first use)
3) Wait until the mat be fully inflated
4) Close the valve at the end of the mat
5) Open gas tap on the pillow,blow to your desire thickness while pinching the bottom of gas tap into an eclipse shape
6) Close the tap on the pillow
How to deflate the mat:
1) Open gas tap on the pillow,expel the air while pinching the bottom of gas tap into an eclipse shape
2) Close the tap on the pillow
3) Open the valve at the end of the mat
4) Roll the mat from one end to the other end , queeze out air, close the valve(repeat above steps it will be smaller)
5) Clip on the strip
Matters Needing Attention
*As the sleeping pad is folded in compressive package, the sponge needs a few hours to recover its shape for the first use, and you need to spread the pad, unscrew the valve and screw it up until the pad inflates totally. Fold the pad repeatedly, then unscrew the valve again to let it continually inflate automatically.
*The pillow needs to be blown artificially.Please pinch the bottom of gas tap into an eclipse shape to expand the gap when blowing & deflating.
*make sure no sharp stuff underneath when using
